Before placing an order
Send the product name or link, selected option, quantity, and your question. Include any measurements or setup requirements important to your wedding plans.
Ask before purchase if the listing does not clearly identify included pieces, dimensions, materials, assembly requirements, or suitable use.
Planning around an event date
Tell us the product, quantity, destination, and date when asking about timing. We can explain the available information but do not guarantee arrival for an event unless expressly agreed.
An event date entered in checkout notes does not alter the published processing and delivery estimates.
Existing orders
Provide your order number and the email used at checkout. Explain whether your request concerns status, an address correction, cancellation, or another issue.
Changes depend on fulfillment progress. A request is not confirmed until reviewed and accepted by us.
Damage or missing contents
Identify the item, selected variant, missing quantity or component, and relevant order details. Include clear photographs or video where helpful and safe.
Retain packaging and labels where practical. Do not use an unsafe or damaged item while waiting for assistance.
Shipping assistance
Include your order and tracking references. If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot find the parcel, describe what locations and delivery records you have checked.
A carrier delivery scan alone does not automatically prevent investigation of a legitimate concern.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible preference return. Explain the item, condition, and reason.
Wait for approval and the designated destination before mailing. Our registered business address is not automatically a return facility.
Privacy and payment questions
Identify privacy requests clearly. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing order-related personal information.
Never email complete card numbers, CVV/security codes, banking passwords, or one-time authentication codes.
