01. Available methods
The payment methods currently available for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, currency, device, and payment provider.
A payment logo elsewhere on the website does not guarantee that method is available for every transaction.
02. Prices and final amounts
Review your selected products, variants, pack quantities, currency, shipping charge, taxes collected at checkout, and final total before authorizing payment.
Your provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately where applicable and permitted by law.
03. Payment authorization
You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and provide accurate billing information. Submitting payment authorizes the amount shown at checkout.
A payment authorization or automated order acknowledgement does not by itself confirm dispatch, acceptance of an event-date request, or completion of order review.
04. Order review
We may review payment discrepancies, duplicate transactions, stock, delivery details, or suspected misuse. We may contact you using the details supplied with your order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate release of an authorization or refund of captured payment.
05. Checkout and verification
Payment credentials are handled through the checkout and payment systems available on melqarb.com. We do not ask customers to email complete card details.
Your issuer or provider may request authentication. Complete it only through the legitimate checkout or provider interface. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
06. Failed or duplicate transactions
If payment is declined, review the entered details or contact your provider. We cannot override an issuer's decision.
Check for an order confirmation before retrying. Contact support if you suspect duplicate orders or charges, using order and transaction references without exposing sensitive credentials.
07. Refunds
Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. When no return is required, refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after approval.
Provider posting time may be additional. Shorter mandatory deadlines prevail. An approved monetary refund is not replaced with store credit without your agreement. If the original method cannot receive funds, we will coordinate a lawful alternative.
08. Cancellations and payment safety
Successful cancellations have no cancellation fee. Captured payments are refunded through the original method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation, or sooner where required by law.
Never email full card numbers, CVV/security codes, bank passwords, or one-time codes. Report unfamiliar order-related charges to service@melqarb.com and your payment provider promptly.
