These Terms and Conditions govern purchases through melqarb.com, together with the applicable product information and store policies presented before purchase.

01. Store operator
melqarb™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Milaiduo E-Commerce Co., Ltd. The owner is Zhong Maodan. Full business and support details appear below.
By ordering, you agree to the applicable transaction terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase.
02. Product selection
Review dimensions, materials, pack quantities, selected options, included components, and setup requirements before ordering. Props are included only when expressly listed.
Minor color or finish variation does not excuse a materially incorrect item. Personalization is available only where expressly offered and is subject to the options and production information disclosed before purchase.
03. Event planning and product use
Confirm quantities, venue requirements, suitable fixings, and safe setup. Follow product instructions and keep combustible decorations away from flames and heat.
A wedding date entered in an order note does not create a delivery guarantee. Order with enough time for preparation, transit, inspection, and setup. A specific event-date commitment applies only when expressly agreed.
04. Pricing and payment
Review the displayed currency, prices, shipping charge, taxes collected at checkout, and final total. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Genuine pricing or technical errors are addressed transparently as permitted by law. We will not impose an undisclosed higher price without agreement. If an order cannot be supplied, the appropriate authorization release or refund will be arranged.
05. Orders and preparation
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order, not dispatch. Payment, inventory, address, or error review may be required before fulfillment.
Normal preparation takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Any additional product-specific production period disclosed before purchase applies where stated. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
06. Shipping and delivery
Standard transit is usually estimated at 7–12 business days following dispatch where offered. Destination-specific estimates presented before purchase apply where stated. Preparation and transit are separate; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Fulfillment may use our own or partner facilities, including international facilities. Our registered address does not imply local U.S. dispatch.
07. Delays and delivery concerns
Contact support if tracking is unclear, a parcel is overdue, or delivery is disputed. A “Delivered” scan alone does not automatically prevent investigation.
If dispatch cannot occur within the promised period, we provide revised information and applicable delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options. Merchant-caused delivery issues are addressed without shifting qualifying costs to you.
08. Preference returns
Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should be unused, unaltered, and complete. Event use, writing, adhesive application, or alteration may affect preference-return eligibility.
Customers pay preference-return postage. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless legally required. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Obtain authorization and the designated destination before mailing.
09. Product issues and refunds
Verified damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods attributable to us receive an appropriate remedy and required return shipping without additional cost.
Approved return refunds are initiated to the original method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. If no return is required, that period begins after approval. Provider posting time may be additional; shorter mandatory deadlines prevail.
10. Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately. Requests can be accommodated only before fulfillment begins; packing or dispatch preparation may prevent changes or cancellation.
Successful cancellations have no fee. Captured payment is refunded to the original method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation, or sooner where legally required. An unshipped canceled order does not require a merchandise return.
11. Lawful conduct and protected content
Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with operations, or infringement of others' rights.
The melqarb™ identity and applicable original website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reproduction of protected website content.
12. Rights, updates, and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
